1. I can't login to my account. What do I do?
If you are unable to login to your account then contact us to request a new password. If you have forgotten both your user name and password then we will send you a new one.

2. I need a simple project to be done. Do you do simple websites that do not require back end code?
Yes, we develop all kinds of websites including those that are just one page HTML/CSS.

3. How long will you help me with my website after the project has been completed?
Depending upon the project that could vary. Involution Media will always include a period of time for fixes and maintenance after the project has been completed. Rarely is a project really "complete" anyway but rather a work in progress.

4. Is it a good idea to make a website entirely flash if I want good SEO results?
No. This is a bad idea. If your project is one that requires you to be found on the internet then we would not recommend that you have us develop a website that is 100% flash. Solution: Have us develop a website that is HTML/CSS but also has flash as a secondary asthetic.

5. Do you offer media players that deploy true streaming?
Yes. Involution Media develops media players that use RTMP Flash Media Server Streaming. We understand your need to be able to offer video without bumps or blemishes and to suit most connection speeds. Between RTMP and Progressive streaming we offer both to suit individual needs.

7. Is your company currently hiring?
No.

8. Do you offer lessons in Adobe Software?
No. We only offer consultation. Please refer to What We Do section to find out more.
